It provides qualified managerial consulting services in areas such as strategic decision-making, business re-engineering, digital transformation, feasibility studies, efficiency improvement, and drafting of the company’s legal framework.
It also offers high-level legal consulting services for both local and foreign clients in areas such as customs, taxation, intellectual property rights, concessions, international trade, arbitration, and corporate legislation.

With over 12 years of experience as the CEO and founder of “Management Consulting & Law” L.t.d, I have successfully led the company to provide high-quality management consulting and legal services to clients across various sectors and industries. I have a strong background in business administration, international trade law, and tax and customs rights, and I hold an executive MBA from ESCP Europe and an advocate certification from the Albanian Bar Association.
As a visionary and strategic leader, I am responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategy, supervising the overall operations, creating a positive and productive company culture, reporting and proposing to the board of the company, managing human and financial resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and approving the marketing policies. I also excel at building and maintaining relationships with third parties, including customers, partners, suppliers, and regulators. I have a customer-focused, results-oriented, and ethical approach to business, and I am always eager to learn and improve. I am also a part-time lecturer at Polis University, where I share my knowledge and expertise in International Business Law with students and aspiring professionals.
